Murphys Ice Cream is regularly audited by the Department of Agriculture (Dept. #1012) as well as the Southern Health Board and has a full HAACP and health and safety system in place. We take health and safety seriously. Our equipment is state of the art, and our new production facility was built to meet all relevant legislation. We trace our ingredients and packaging and test our batches regularly. The Murphy's Ice Cream team is committed to ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices are in place and in practise.
